Booking Policy & Cancellations

Booking Policy for Mobile Hairstylist Services with Crown Creationz L.A.:

1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to confirmation by Crown Creationz L.A. Once confirmed, you will receive a notification via email or text.

2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of $50.
Clients must cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee.

3. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule appointments without incurring a fee if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may result in the cancellation fee.

4. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a cancellation fee of $50.

5. Late Arrivals: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please notify us if you anticipate being late for your appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and the cancellation fee may apply.

6. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment apps.

7. Service Area: Our mobile hairstyling services are available within a specified service area. Additional fees may apply for locations outside this area.

8. COVID-19 Precautions: We prioritize the health and safety of our clients and stylists. Please adhere to any COVID-19 safety guidelines provided by Crown Creationz L.A. and local health authorities.
